Words like short, messy and textured mean something different to everyone. A photo of a cut you like, ideally on hair like yours, saves ten minutes of talking. A photo of a cut you hate is just as useful.

Come with your hair the way you normally wear it, not freshly washed and flattened. It shows us where it wants to sit, where the cowlicks are and how it moves.
After that, the only thing to bring is time. Every first visit gets the full slot, with a wash and style at the end.
